What does this program consist of?

This 8 Week Workout Program is for those seeking more significant progress in their health and fitness, and those wanting more of a lifestyle change. After purchasing your program, you and your coach will meet virtually for an initial meeting to review intake forms, discuss your current fitness level, and create future goals. The meeting should take anywhere between 45 min-1 hour.

Following your meeting, your coach will create a customized training plan for you and send you the plan. You will then need to determine a weekly workout schedule that works for you, and stay consistent with your training protocol. Your coach will check-in with you weekly, and be available as needed for additional guidance. ​
