4 Week Workout Program - $250
What does an the program consist of?

After purchasing your customized workout program and scheduling a meeting with your coach, you and your coach will meet virtually to complete intake forms, assess your current fitness level, and discuss your fitness goals. The meeting should take anywhere between 45 min-1 hour.

After your meeting, your coach will create a customized training plan for you and send the plan to you. You will then need to determine a weekly workout schedule that works for you, and stay consistent with your training protocol. Your coach will check-in with you weekly, and be available as needed for any additional guidance.
